Does Kripaluji Maharaj gave any instructions on avoiding garlic and onion for devotees and offering food with onion & garlic to Krishna

Answer: We do not use garlic and onions in the food made in our ashrams, nor do we serve it to Radha and Krishna in any of our mandirs. However, Shree Kripalu Ji Maharaj did not give any specific instructions in this regard for one's personal life and personal devotion. You will have to judge for yourself how it affects your devotional attitude when you eat it and decide whether you want to keep consuming it or not.

does the jeev has any kind of body when it is there in the mahodar of lord krishna after mahapralay?

Question Detail: As the jeev goes into the mahodar of shree Krishna after mahapralay with their sanskars , so do they possess an body among sthool, sukshm, karana?if not then where are the sanskars stored? because stool and sukshm being the material body how can they enter the divine mahodar of shree Krishna?
Answer: During maha pralay, the soul only has its karan shareer, which is made of the past sanskars. The sthool shareer (physical body) and sookshm shareer (mind and senses) are dissolved into the mayic energy.

mind being material runs into the material world…

Question Detail: How can the material mind drift towards divine god totally? mind runs on its own to the material world. Is it possible that the material mind going to god all the time? what is it all about? Please explain this.
Answer: Left to its own, mind will always go towards the world. This is because there is a natural affinity between the mind and the world, since both are mayic. Only by educating the mind about the fact that true happiness lies in God, not in the world, can the mind be diverted to God. The goal of all the mind's activities and wanderings is the search for true happiness. So if it understands the location of true happiness, it will decide to go in that direction. This is how the mind can be turned towards God.

how can we develop strong faith that god and god name are same?

Question Detail: maharaji said the moment one realises that god and god's name is same, he will get god darshan . please help me, what should i think while doing kirtan so that i may realise it
Answer: You have to generate that faith with your own repeated thinking that Radha Krishna and Their name are one. Then, when you take Their name with that faith, you will begin to experience the power of the Divine name for yourself, and that will multiply your faith, which will lead to a heightened experience, which will increase your faith, etc, etc.

What should I attain, god or our self?

Question Detail: All human beings are seeking and desiring for happiness, and according to you, true/ultimate happiness  is in god, but there is a truth. The truth sets everything right. So shouldn't we try to attain the truth because truth lies within yourself.  True happiness is in attaining yourself because once you know the truth, you will always get better and better. That is the universe gift for us. Once you understand the truth, you will be the happiest thing and you will only get better. Therefore, everyone is trying to attain same thing, happiness, but there is 2 different names for it, one is god and the other name is yourself. So if god and our self both mean happiness then god is our self. Aren't we our own god?
Answer: Attaining the self means realizing the soul. Soul is Divine, yet it is but an ansh of God (ansh means a part of). Thus, self realization results in the attainment of only partial knowledge, whereas God realization results in the attainment of total knowledge. Furthemore, the soul is bound by maya and the cycle of rebirth. Self realization does not result in liberation from maya; and the self realized soul is still bound to be reborn in the mayic world. It is only upon God realization that a soul is freed from the bondage of maya and the cycle of birth and death. When a soul surrenders to God, He graces that soul with God realization, total knowledge, and liberation. Just as a man will not be released from prison simply by knowing himself, but will be released if he knows the king, similarly, self knowledge doesn't result in liberation, but knowledge of God does. Just as man who is bound to a post by ropes and chains cannot untie himself, but can be untied by another who is free, similarly, a soul bound by maya cannot free himself, but can be freed by God (if he surrenders to God). Thus, the ultimate goal of a soul is God realization, not mere self realization.
