When your mood goes off, just remain quiet. For whatever length of time anger continues surging within your heart, keep eliminating it on the basis of vivek (devotional understanding). Think that obsessing on the cause of anger will cause grief to God and Guru. Accept your own guilt. If anyone says anything hurtful or unkind, bear in mind that they are not saying anything untrue or unusual. Before God realization, all the faults and weaknesses exist within every individual soul (under maya).
If we are reminded of a weakness that we have, repeatedly reflect on it and make an earnest effort to ensure it doesn’t repeat in the future.
