maharaji said the moment one realises that god and god’s name is same, he will get god darshan . please help me, what should i think while doing kirtan so that i may realise it

You have to generate that faith with your own repeated thinking that Radha Krishna and Their name are one. Then, when you take Their name with that faith, you will begin to experience the power of the Divine name for yourself, and that will multiply your faith, which will lead to a heightened experience, which will increase your faith, etc, etc.
